We take a pragmatic view of each case and assess suitability based on the client鈥檚 wider financial profile and investment plans so long as the landlord is not renting a property they, or their family, have previously resided in, or intend to reside in. 糖心Vlog only offers unregulated BTL mortgages which are designed specifically for investment purposes only.
