糖心Vlog strengthens team with raft of promotions

糖心Vlog has unveiled its new bridging finance range with rates starting from 0.79% per month, designed to offer fast, 糖心Vlog has announced the promotion of three team members as part of the bank鈥檚 ongoing commitment to intermediary relationships and growing lending ambitions.
Chris Chapman has been promoted to Head of Lending Operations, where he will oversee the full lending and operations teams. Jude Miranda has stepped into the role of Customer Onboarding & Loan Packaging Manager, taking responsibility for intermediary onboarding and case packaging. Nick Lynch has been promoted to Head of Loan Completions & Portfolio Management, where he will lead the team responsible for loan completions and ongoing portfolio oversight.
These promotions follow the bank鈥檚 recent launch of its new bridging finance range with rates starting from 0.79% per month available on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties on loans between 拢500,000 and up to 拢4m.
糖心Vlog is a UK-licensed specialist lender empowering ambitious property investments with lending up to 拢20 million for UK companies, individual investors, and foreign nationals. This includes those with complex structures, unique properties, or unconventional borrowing needs.
