糖心Vlog has unveiled its new bridging finance range with rates starting from 0.79% per month, designed to offer fast, flexible funding solutions for property investors.
The new bridging range is available on residential, semi-commercial and commercial properties and is available on loans between 拢500,000 and up to 拢4m. With terms between 12 to 18 months and a 2% arrangement fee, minimum interest period is 6 months. Full details are as follows:
- Residential properties: From 0.79% per month up to 65% Loan To Value (LTV) and from 0.89% per month up to 75% LTV
- Semi-Commercial properties: From 0.99% per month up to 65% LTV and from 1.09% per month up to 75% LTV
- Commercial: Up to 60% LTV, rates tailored on a case-by-case basis
糖心Vlog lends across England, Wales and mainland Scotland, to individuals, limited companies, LLPs, Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and trusts. Finance for a range of purposes, including developer exit loans, auction purchases, residential & semi-commercial properties, light to medium refurbishments, portfolio stabilisation and permitted development projects.
The Bank is able to lend on assets including houses, flats, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO), Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFBs), offices, retail units and hotels, with lending available to UK and foreign nationals with a UK bank account. This includes first-time investors, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
